LEASING PARTNERSHIP

Turn your lessees' fuel and mileage headaches into a reason to lease with you.

Your lessees still run their own fuel cards and mileage reimbursement on the vehicles you lease them. That's a cost they carry today. Be the lessor that closes it, with a product that sits on top of your existing stack.

Referral terms on a product that exists today. No exclusivity.

What you'd gain

✓

A reason to lease through you

Close a cost your lessees carry today.

✓

Earnings on every lessee who activates

A referral or revenue-share arrangement on standard channel terms.

✓

A say in what we build for lease books

An early look at tools for your own mileage cap billing.

Built on your existing telematics, not against it

WHY PARTNER

Why a leasing company partners with Fuelshine

A distribution partnership on a live product, with a second opportunity you can help shape.

01

Stand out at origination and renewal

Offer lessees fuel and mileage records that check themselves, so the cost they carry today becomes a reason to lease through you.

02

Earn on lessees who activate

Referral or revenue-share on standard channel terms. No exclusivity.

03

Works with what you run today

Fuelshine sits on top of your existing telematics and fuel stack. It is not a replacement

04

Shape the lease-book tools

Mileage-cap and lease-end tools are next in our queue. Partners who talk to us now influence how they're built.

YOUR EDGE

What changes for your lessees

Today

Lessees reconcile fuel receipts by hand.

Mileage claims are reimbursed on trust.

Their fuel and mileage cost is invisible to you.

With Fuelshine

✓

Fuel-card charges are checked against the vehicle's own data.

Trips are logged on the driver's phone, timestamped and tagged.

You're the lessor who closed their cost.

RUNNING ON A REAL FLEET

Fuel verification and mileage records are running today on company-owned vehicles, checked against each vehicle's own data. The lessee referral starts from a product that already works. The lease-book tools are what we'd build next, with your input.

TWO OPPORTUNITIES

Start with the first. Grow into the second.

  • Live Now

1. Your lessees, starting now

Fuel verification and mileage records for lessee fleets, available today, with referral terms for you.

  • Roadmap

2. Your own lease book, built with you

Mileage-Cap Trajectory Logic is next in our build queue, and a Dispute-Audit Trail is a concept. Neither is available to pilot, so we'd start with a discovery conversation about your mileage caps, vehicle mix and dispute volume.

GETTING STARTED

How we'd begin

1

Now: the lessee referral

Referral terms for any lessee who activates the product.

2

In parallel: a discovery conversation

A look at a sample of your lease book to shape what we build next. Not a pilot.

3

Once it ships: a scoped pilot

A handful of accounts, after the lease-book tools exist.

STRAIGHT TALK

What runs today: fuel verification and mileage records for lessees, on vehicles we can reach through the manufacturer's connection. The lease-book tools are roadmap, with no committed ship date. Safe-Driver Renewal Rewards is a direction we're floating, opt-in and phone-based, not a product.

QUESTIONS

Three questions we expect

Why not connect to the manufacturers ourselves?

You could. Raw vehicle data is available to anyone. What isn't is the coverage mapping across a multi brand book, kept current as models change, and a verified history that compounds over the life of a lease. The lessee motion needs no build decision at all.

Does it replace our telematics?

No. It sits on top of what you already run.

Which vehicles work?

Coverage depends on make and model, and we map it to your fleet mix before anything is scoped. As of our last check, Honda Civic and CR-V aren't supported, and we'd rather you hear that from us now.

NEXT STEP

Start with the lessee referral

A 30-minute call about referral terms for your lessees, and a first look at your lease book if you want one.

Referral terms. No exclusivity.
