FUEL CARD PARTNERSHIP
Be the card that confirms what went into the vehicle.
Every card tells a fleet manager what got charged. With Fuelshine, you can also tell them whether the charge matched the van: where it was, how much its tank rose, and how far it had driven. Give your fleet customers a reason to choose your card and a reason to stay.
30 minutes. No contract, no exclusivity.
What your cardholders gain
✓
Proof, not just a statement
Each charge checked against the vehicle's own location, fuel level and odometer.
✓
Only the exceptions reach a person
Mismatches arrive with the reason attached.
✓
Nothing to install
Setup runs through the vehicle's own connection. No devices for your customers to fit.
For company-owned vans and pickups.
WHY PARTNER
Why a card company partners with Fuelshine
Fleet managers compare cards on rates, networks and controls. Verified fuel gives them one more thing to compare on, and you'd be the one offering it.
01
A reason for fleets to pick your card
Verified fuel is something a fleet manager can take to their finance team: the card that checks itself against the vehicle.
02
Live now, not a quarter away
Pilot-validated on a real fleet today. Building the same in-house is a multi-quarter detour from your core roadmap.
03
A model that sharpens with every partner
One card only sees its own cardholders. Checks tuned across several partners get stronger for all of them.
04
Start with co-marketing, not a contract
Referral and joint outreach to fleets that fit. No exclusivity, nothing to sign off on engineering.

RUNNING ON A REAL FLEET
Fuelshine is checking real fuel-card charges against real vehicle data today, on company-owned trucks doing real work. Each charge is matched to the vehicle's location, fuel level and odometer, and only the mismatches reach a person. You'd be partnering on a product that already runs, not on a roadmap.
GETTING STARTED
How we'd work together
1
Now: referral and co-marketing
Joint outreach to fleets that fit. No contract, no exclusivity.
2
Next: card-transaction data
Level III data integration, once we've confirmed in discovery how many of your fleet customers run company vehicles on your cards.
3
Later: a driver-engagement layer
Direction only. We'd explore it with you before anyone scopes it
WHERE THIS GOES NEXT
What we'd build with a partner
Named plainly as roadmap, so you can plan around what exists today.
-
Roadmap
Driver coaching and EcoPoints
The points screens are in the app. The scoring model behind them is still being validated
-
Exploratory
Behaviour-based rewards
Depends on the scoring model above. A direction, not a product.
STRAIGHT TALK
What runs today: the four fuel checks on company-owned vans and pickups, IRS mileage records, and setup without hardware. CRA mileage compliance is in progress, and we say so rather than round it up.
QUESTIONS
Three questions we expect
Why not build this ourselves?
You could. Raw vehicle data from the manufacturers is available to anyone. What takes time is the checks on top and the labeled cases behind them, and a build competes with your card roadmap. If you decide to build it anyway, we'd still like to hear what you'd need.
Does it need hardware?
No. For supported vehicles Fuelshine connects through the manufacturer's own connection. Nothing is installed or plugged in.
Which vehicles does it cover?
Company-owned vans and pickups under 10,001 lb, below the federal ELD mandate. Coverage varies by make and model, and we'll map it to your customers' fleets.
NEXT STEP
See it running on a real fleet
A 30-minute call to walk through the Alcoa deployment and pick a pilot segment among your cardholders.
No contract, no exclusivity.
